Position Overview

The Specialist will manage customer-success and service-delivery activities across technology-enabled financial products. The position focuses on helping customers successfully adopt digital financial services while identifying operational and product improvements based on customer needs.

The successful candidate will serve as an important link between customers, product teams, technology, operations, and financial-services specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships across fintech products and digital financial services.
• Support onboarding and adoption of financial technology platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and identify appropriate product solutions.
• Monitor customer usage, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Investigate service issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Identify recurring customer problems and recommend product improvements.
• Work closely with product and UX teams to communicate customer feedback.
• Develop customer-support and service-delivery processes.
• Analyze customer-service data to identify operational trends.
• Support enterprise and business customers using fintech platforms.
• Create knowledge resources, product guides, and service documentation.
• Assist with product launches and customer-education initiatives.
• Monitor service-level performance and customer-experience KPIs.
• Coordinate escalations involving payments, accounts, technical issues, and digital services.
• Develop recommendations for improving customer retention and product adoption.

Candidate Profile
