A sophisticated financial technology operation in Estonia is seeking a Senior FX Execution Specialist to strengthen its foreign-exchange trading and execution function. This position is suited to an experienced market professional who combines strong knowledge of FX instruments with disciplined execution, market analysis, and technology-enabled trading workflows.

The Role

You will be responsible for monitoring global currency markets, evaluating liquidity and pricing conditions, and supporting efficient execution across major and emerging FX instruments. The role requires close collaboration with trading technology, risk, operations, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor spot, forward, swap, and other FX market activity across relevant currency pairs.
• Analyse liquidity, spreads, volatility, and execution conditions.
• Support efficient order execution and investigate execution-quality issues.
• Monitor pricing feeds and identify anomalies or inconsistencies.
• Work with technology teams to improve execution workflows and market connectivity.
• Contribute to pre-trade and post-trade analysis.
• Maintain accurate trading and execution records.
• Support risk teams with market observations and relevant trading data.
• Participate in the review and optimisation of execution strategies.
• Monitor developments across global currency markets and their potential operational impact.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in FX trading, execution, brokerage, treasury, or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of foreign-exchange instruments and market mechanics.
• Experience working with electronic trading platforms and liquidity providers.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with market-data systems and trading technology.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate in time-sensitive environments.
• Strong communication skills and professional English.
