We are seeking a highly organised and analytically minded Programme Specialist to support innovation and strategic delivery across a modern fintech environment in Estonia.

This role is particularly suited to a professional who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and turning ambitious ideas into structured programmes. You will help create the frameworks, processes, documentation, reporting, and coordination required to move fintech initiatives forward.

Your Mandate

You will support programmes covering areas such as digital financial products, payment technology, automation, financial-data platforms, customer experience, regulatory technology, and technology-enabled operational improvements.

The position combines programme coordination with strategic analysis and provides exposure to multiple areas of fintech.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of strategic fintech programmes.
• Maintain programme plans, milestones, dependencies, action registers, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare programme dashboards, status reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Track deliverables and identify emerging delays or dependencies.
• Assist programme leaders with resource planning and delivery prioritisation.
• Conduct research and analysis supporting fintech programme development.
• Coordinate product, technology, compliance, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
• Support vendor and partner coordination where required.
• Assist with programme risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Contribute to process improvement and programme-governance initiatives.
• Support implementation activities and post-launch reviews.
• Ensure programme information remains accurate, structured, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in programme coordination, project management, business analysis, consulting, fintech, banking, or technology.
• Strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, project-management platforms, and presentation tools.
• Understanding of digital finance, payments, banking technology, or technology programmes.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Experience in an international or technology-driven environment is advantageous.
