Turn Financial Data Into Better Decisions

We are seeking a Senior Financial Data & Analytics Manager to establish advanced analytical capabilities across financial products, transactions, customers, and business performance.

You will lead a multidisciplinary analytics function responsible for transforming complex financial data into insights that influence product strategy, risk management, operational performance, and commercial growth.

Your Mission

Build a trusted analytical capability that enables leadership and operational teams to understand what is happening across the financial platform, why it is happening, and what should happen next.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytical initiatives across payments, customer behaviour, revenue, risk, and financial operations.
• Develop analytical frameworks for measuring product and business performance.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and management reporting.
• Analyse transaction patterns, customer behaviour, and financial performance.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks for fintech products.
• Work with data engineering teams to improve data quality, availability, and modelling.
• Partner with product teams to evaluate feature adoption and customer behaviour.
• Support finance teams with forecasting, revenue analysis, and financial modelling.
• Provide analytical support for fraud, risk, compliance, and operational teams.
• Identify trends and anomalies that may require strategic or operational intervention.
• Lead advanced analytical projects and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Establish standards for analytical quality, documentation, reproducibility, and governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop a high-performing data and analytics culture.

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, financial analytics, fintech, banking, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience working with large datasets.
• Strong Python or comparable analytical-programming experience.
• Experience with modern BI and data-visualisation platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics, transaction data, and business performance analysis.
• Experience building analytical models and translating data into commercial recommendations.
• Excellent statistical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in payments, digital banking, or financial technology is strongly preferred.
