We are seeking a Banking Risk Analyst to support enterprise, credit, operational, and financial risk management through rigorous analysis and actionable intelligence.

This position is designed for an analytical professional who enjoys working with complex financial data and translating risk indicators into practical recommendations for business and risk teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify emerging risk patterns.
• Support development and maintenance of banking risk models and methodologies.
• Monitor key risk indicators and investigate material deviations.
• Prepare risk assessments for products, customers, processes, and business initiatives.
• Analyse credit, operational, liquidity, and transaction-related risk exposures as applicable.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for risk stakeholders.
• Support stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk monitoring activities.
• Work with compliance, finance, operations, and technology teams on risk-control initiatives.
• Document analytical findings and maintain appropriate risk records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of risk frameworks and reporting processes.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in banking risk, financial analysis, credit risk, operational risk, or fintech.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and data-analysis tools; SQL or Python experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of banking products, financial risk concepts, and control frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present analytical findings clearly to both technical and senior business stakeholders.
