We are looking for a Senior Banking Risk Analyst to provide sophisticated analysis across financial, operational, credit, and transaction-related risk.

The role combines quantitative analysis, financial intelligence, reporting, and risk assessment. You will work closely with senior risk, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders to identify emerging exposures and strengthen decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Analyse banking and financial data to identify risk trends and emerging exposures.
• Monitor key risk indicators and investigate significant movements.
• Conduct risk assessments for products, customers, processes, and business initiatives.
• Support credit-risk, operational-risk, and financial-risk analysis.
• Develop dashboards, analytical reports, and management information.
• Conduct scenario analysis and support stress-testing activities.
• Review risk controls and identify potential weaknesses.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, operations, and technology teams.
• Provide evidence-based insights to senior risk stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of risk methodologies and reporting frameworks.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in banking risk, financial analysis, credit risk, operational risk, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and risk-management principles.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL, Python, or BI experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of data interpretation and financial reporting.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing complex analytical assignments.
