We are seeking a highly capable Senior Backend Engineer to develop reliable, secure, and scalable backend systems supporting next-generation financial products.

Responsibilities

• Improve application performance, reliability, and observability.
• Work closely with architects, product managers, frontend engineers, and data specialists.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices.
• Investigate production issues and develop long-term technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and engineering reviews.
• Contribute to technical standards and engineering best practices.
• Maintain high standards for security, data integrity, and system resilience.

Technical Environment

Experience with several of the following would be valuable:

Java / Kotlin / Python / Go / TypeScript · REST APIs · Microservices · PostgreSQL · Kafka · Docker · Kubernetes · AWS / Azure / GCP · CI/CD · Distributed Systems

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience developing production-grade APIs and services.
• Familiarity with cloud-native engineering.
• Strong understanding of databases, messaging systems, and system reliability.
• Fintech, banking, payments, or other high-volume transactional experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to engineering quality.
