About the Role

We are seeking an intellectually curious Researcher to investigate emerging developments across financial technology, digital payments, banking, financial markets, consumer behavior, and technology innovation.

The successful candidate will collect and evaluate information from multiple sources, identify meaningful industry trends, develop structured research findings, and transform complex information into practical insights for business and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research into fintech, banking, payments, digital finance, and technology markets.
• Monitor emerging technologies and changes in customer behavior.
• Analyze competitors, market developments, and industry trends.
• Collect, validate, and organize quantitative and qualitative information.
• Develop research reports, briefing documents, and executive presentations.
• Identify emerging opportunities and potential market risks.
• Support strategic planning through evidence-based research.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, finance, and technology teams.
• Develop market-sizing and opportunity assessments where appropriate.
• Maintain structured research databases and industry intelligence resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Technology, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience in research, consulting, financial analysis, market intelligence, fintech, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and investigative capabilities.
• Strong ability to evaluate the quality and relevance of information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with research, spreadsheet, presentation, and analytical tools.
• Ability to convert complex findings into clear business recommendations.
