Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of organizational quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams and management to review processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that services and business activities meet established quality expectations.

This office-based role requires strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to reviewing processes and performance. The Quality Assurance Specialist will help develop quality-control procedures, monitor compliance with internal standards, investigate recurring issues, and support initiatives designed to improve efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor business processes and evaluate compliance with internal quality standards.
• Conduct quality reviews and document findings accurately.
• Identify operational weaknesses and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of quality-control procedures.
• Work with departments to improve service delivery and process efficiency.
• Prepare quality reports and performance summaries for management.
• Investigate recurring operational issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation and internal process records.
• Assist with internal audits and organizational reviews.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, auditing, operations, or process management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality-management principles and internal audit processes is beneficial.
• Professional English communication skills; Estonian language knowledge is an advantage.
