Position Overview

The Product professional will lead the development and continuous improvement of innovative financial technology products. This position sits at the intersection of financial services, technology, customer experience, data, and commercial strategy.

The successful candidate will translate customer and market requirements into scalable fintech products, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage products throughout their lifecycle—from discovery and validation through development, launch, optimization, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and development roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities across digital financial services and emerging fintech markets.
• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize product features according to customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and market opportunity.
• Work closely with engineers, UX/UI designers, data specialists, compliance teams, and financial professionals.
• Coordinate product discovery, prototyping, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Analyze product performance using customer, transaction, and commercial data.
• Develop KPIs covering adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis across Estonia and European fintech markets.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, open finance, and emerging technologies.
• Manage product risks, dependencies, and implementation priorities.
• Gather customer feedback and convert insights into product improvements.
• Prepare product business cases, roadmaps, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
