An innovative fintech organization in Estonia is looking for a Fintech Product Operations Lead to connect product strategy with efficient day-to-day execution across a growing portfolio of digital financial services.

This role is designed for an experienced operator who understands how products move from development into reliable, measurable, and scalable business operations.

What You’ll Lead

You will create operating structures that allow product teams to move efficiently while maintaining strong coordination across technology, customer operations, compliance, risk, and commercial functions.

Core Responsibilities

• Establish operating processes supporting fintech product development and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate product launches, operational readiness, and post-launch optimization.
• Develop frameworks for product performance, service quality, and operational reporting.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and lead process-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to product and operational issues.
• Work with product managers and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into product improvements.
• Support customer-experience optimization using operational and product data.
• Establish documentation, controls, escalation processes, and ownership models.
• Analyse operational metrics and identify opportunities for automation.
• Support strategic initiatives involving new products, markets, integrations, and financial-service capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of experience in fintech, banking, product operations, business operations, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
• Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and process-improvement capabilities.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies and technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and control environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
