An established technology-driven financial services environment in Estonia is looking for a Fintech Product Innovation Manager to identify, validate, and develop new digital financial products.

This role is designed for a commercially minded product professional who can move comfortably between market intelligence, customer research, technology, financial services, and product execution.

Your Mission

You will identify opportunities across digital banking, payments, embedded finance, financial APIs, business finance, and emerging fintech services, turning promising concepts into structured product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging fintech trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
• Identify opportunities for new financial products and revenue streams.
• Develop product concepts, business cases, and strategic proposals.
• Build product roadmaps from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, compliance specialists, and commercial teams.
• Coordinate prototypes, pilots, market tests, and product launches.
• Define product KPIs and use performance data to guide improvements.
• Evaluate technology vendors, fintech partners, and financial infrastructure providers.
• Ensure product development incorporates security, regulatory, operational, and scalability requirements.
• Present product strategies and investment proposals to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

You should have strong experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, financial SaaS, or technology product management.

You will be particularly effective if you can combine commercial awareness with technical understanding—able to discuss APIs and integrations with engineers while understanding customer behaviour, pricing, market opportunity, and product economics.

Experience with embedded finance, open banking, B2B fintech, payment platforms, or financial APIs is advantageous.
