We are seeking a Blockchain Compliance Technology Manager to develop technology-driven controls for digital-asset operations, blockchain transactions, and financial crime risk management.

This role is designed for a professional who understands both regulatory processes and the technical characteristics of blockchain networks.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives supporting blockchain compliance and transaction monitoring.
• Design systems for identifying and analyzing suspicious on-chain activity.
• Develop requirements for wallet screening, transaction monitoring, sanctions controls, and blockchain analytics.
• Collaborate with compliance, AML, cybersecurity, engineering, and product teams.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical controls.
• Evaluate blockchain analytics and risk-intelligence technologies.
• Establish workflows for transaction investigation and escalation.
• Develop data-driven dashboards for compliance and risk teams.
• Assess risks associated with wallets, counterparties, smart contracts, tokens, and blockchain networks.
• Support implementation of automated compliance controls.
• Maintain technology documentation, control frameworks, and operational procedures.
• Monitor developments in European digital-asset regulation and emerging compliance technologies.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in fintech compliance, AML technology, risk technology, digital assets, or financial crime systems.
• Strong understanding of blockchain transactions and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Experience with transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, or financial-crime technology.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC, sanctions screening, and risk-control frameworks.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, databases, data analytics, or compliance platforms.
