Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and analytical Product Designer to shape the user experience and interface design of our digital products. You will work across the product lifecycle, from early discovery and problem definition to prototyping, testing, and final implementation.

Collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders, you will translate customer insights and business requirements into intuitive, consistent, and visually engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web applications and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify customer needs.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and detailed specifications using Figma or comparable tools.
• Collaborate with product managers to define problems, explore solutions, and prioritise design improvements.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
• Evaluate user feedback, product analytics, and usability findings to refine existing features.
• Apply responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles throughout the design process.
• Maintain consistency in visual language, interaction patterns, and reusable interface components.
• Participate in design reviews and communicate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support product launches and evaluate the impact of design improvements after release.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is welcome.
• Experience designing digital products for web or mobile platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, research, prototyping, and completed product work.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience creating interactive prototypes and design specifications.
• Understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, usability testing, and accessibility.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience working with product managers, software engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and visual design skills.
• Professional English proficiency; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
