Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design initiatives across complex digital platforms and help establish scalable design systems. You will take ownership of challenging product problems, translate business and user needs into effective design solutions, and improve consistency across multiple applications and workflows.

Working closely with product leadership, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will influence product direction, facilitate design discovery, and help raise the quality of design execution across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex web applications, enterprise platforms, and data-intensive products.
• Facilitate product discovery through user interviews, stakeholder workshops, journey mapping, and usability research.
• Translate complex business processes into clear information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity interfaces that balance usability, accessibility, visual consistency, and technical feasibility.
• Develop, maintain, and improve design systems, component libraries, reusable patterns, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align design components with implementation requirements and frontend architecture.
• Partner with product managers to define product opportunities, evaluate solutions, and prioritise design work.
• Use research findings, customer feedback, and product analytics to validate design decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead design reviews and communicate rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify inconsistencies across products and establish shared interaction patterns and visual standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and promoting effective design practices.
• Contribute to design strategy, product planning, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s design process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is welcome.
• Significant experience in product design, preferably involving enterprise software, SaaS platforms, financial technology, or complex digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, user research, interaction design, and design system development.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, prototyping, and shared libraries.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, accessibility, responsive design, and usability evaluation.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, complex workflows, dashboards, or multi-step business processes.
• Ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating design critiques, mentoring colleagues, or influencing design standards is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English proficiency; Estonian language skills are beneficial.
