We are seeking a talented and user-focused Product Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and commercially effective digital products and experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to transform customer needs and business requirements into thoughtful product experiences.

The Role

As Product Designer, you will contribute throughout the product-development lifecycle, from early discovery and research through design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.

You will combine user insights, design principles, business objectives, and technical considerations to develop products that are both useful to customers and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered digital products and experiences.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design opportunities.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout development.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design decisions.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and visual standards.
• Identify usability challenges and develop practical design solutions.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Review implemented products to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Use customer feedback and product data to support continuous design improvement.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will combine creativity with structured problem-solving and possess a strong understanding of user-centered design. You should be comfortable explaining design decisions and collaborating with both technical and commercial teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in product design, UX/UI, interaction design, or a comparable role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product-design work.
• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design platforms.
• Strong understanding of user research, prototyping, usability, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile or multidisciplinary product teams is desirable.
