Position Overview

The Designer will lead the creation of advanced user experiences for AI-powered financial products, data-driven fintech platforms, and emerging digital financial services.

The role combines UX/UI design, artificial intelligence, financial-data visualization, product innovation, and human-centered design. The successful candidate will help make sophisticated financial analytics and AI-generated insights understandable, transparent, and useful for customers and business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for AI-powered fintech and financial-management platforms.
• Create interfaces for financial analytics, predictive insights, and intelligent decision-support tools.
• Transform complex financial and data-driven information into clear visual experiences.
• Design dashboards for financial performance, risk, spending, investments, and business intelligence.
• Develop user journeys for AI-assisted financial recommendations and automated services.
• Create prototypes demonstrating innovative fintech product concepts.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand AI-powered product capabilities.
• Design experiences that communicate automated decisions and financial insights clearly.
• Improve usability and transparency across AI-driven financial products.
• Develop design systems supporting scalable fintech applications.
• Conduct user testing and evaluate how customers interact with complex financial information.
• Work with product teams to define requirements for new AI-enabled features.
• Research emerging design trends across fintech, AI, digital banking, and financial visualization.
• Support product experimentation and innovation initiatives.
• Present design concepts and strategic UX recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and suitable for different user groups.
