ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Product Designer, your main goal is to create functional, user-friendly experiences that support the needs of our fast-growing company and our igaming brands. You will own design for a defined product area, working from problem definition and discovery through delivery, iteration, and measurable impact. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineers, operate with a high level of autonomy, make meaningful design decisions, and balance real-world trade-offs to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Own one or more product areas from discovery through launch and iteration

• Translate complex, ambiguous business and user problems into clear design decisions

• Balance business goals, user needs, insights, and technical constraints to create solutions that are holistically thought out

• Drive consistency and quality across features and products

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the entire product lifecycle

• Influence overall design direction of your product area

• Contribute to and evolve the design system with scalability and maintainability in mind

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience owning design for complex digital products

• Experience working in cross-functional teams where design influenced outcomes, not only execution

• A portfolio showcasing your process from problem definition, research, and trade-offs to UX, interaction, and visual design

• Analytical mindset aimed at improving products

• Ability to operate with autonomy

• Ability to plan and conduct user research and translate findings into actionable product decisions

• Experience working with and evolving design systems

• Clear and effective communication skills for providing direction and incorporating feedback

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products

Nice to have:

• Knowledge or basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

• Experience in iGaming or Digital Entertainment industries
