Role Overview
The Product Analyst will use customer, transaction, and product data to evaluate the performance of fintech products and identify opportunities for improvement. The role combines financial-services knowledge, data analysis, product intelligence, and commercial reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage, customer behavior, transaction volumes, and financial performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking product KPIs.
• Identify trends and patterns affecting customer adoption and retention.
• Analyze product funnels and identify areas of customer drop-off.
• Support product managers with data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate new product opportunities using market and customer research.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze product experiments where applicable.
• Investigate anomalies in product and transaction data.
• Monitor competitor products and changing customer expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, marketing, operations, and risk teams.
• Support product launches through performance analysis and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to product leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in fintech, banking, digital products, analytics, or financial services.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, customer analytics, and product performance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
