Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and emerging issues.
• Develop dashboards and management reports covering revenue, transactions, customer activity, product performance, and operational KPIs.
• Conduct customer and transaction analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Build analytical models for forecasting, performance measurement, and business planning.
• Collaborate with product teams to assess product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Perform profitability and revenue analysis across financial products and services.
• Investigate performance deviations and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Work with data engineers and technology teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Automate recurring analytical and reporting processes where appropriate.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial and business intelligence analysis.
• Present complex analytical findings in clear, commercially relevant formats.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fintech, banking, financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Strong SQL and Excel capabilities; experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
