Role Overview
The Partnerships Manager will identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships that expand the reach, capabilities, and commercial potential of fintech products and services. The role will involve working with banks, payment providers, technology companies, merchants, platforms, and other strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners across financial and technology ecosystems.
• Develop partnership strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Lead commercial discussions, partnership proposals, and relationship negotiations.
• Coordinate technical and operational requirements for new integrations.
• Manage partner onboarding from initial assessment through implementation.
• Develop partnership performance metrics and monitor commercial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, embedded finance, payment integrations, and platform expansion.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior representatives of strategic partners.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
• Resolve partnership-related issues and maintain effective escalation channels.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level reports covering partnership performance, opportunities, and risks.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in partnerships, business development, fintech, banking, payments, or technology.
• Strong negotiation and commercial relationship-management skills.
• Understanding of digital financial products and technology ecosystems.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
