Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transport operations across Western Europe, primarily within the Benelux region, using various modes of transportation
• Handle and maintain daily transport documentation and operational paperwork
• Communicate and cooperate closely with subcontractors and logistics partners
• Enter and maintain operational data within the company’s internal systems
• Monitor transport order budgets and manage the recharge of additional costs
• Ensure smooth execution of transport operations while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good English skills, both spoken and written
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Stress-resistant with the ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in logistics or transport operations would be considered an advantage
