About the role
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for organizing team events as well as keeping our offices nice and comfortable. You will be closely collaborating with the People and Culture Specialist and the Team Leads.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Take care of our office and team of 30+
Organise events, trainings, celebrations for the team
Assist our Managing Director and Team Leads
Help with HR related admin tasks and work alongside the People and Culture Specialist
Support employees’ onboarding and offboarding
Collect, organise invoices, receipts and forward to accounting
Order IT equipment, office supplies
Keep track of the office budget
Come up with your own ideas to make a happy and productive office environment
About you:
Care about people and be passionate about helping others
Ideally have previous experience in office management, customer support role (or equivalent experience, don’t let this put you off!
Have a very good attention to detail
Have excellent spoken and written Hungarian, English language is a plus
Be passionate about new technology and communicating with international teams
Be able to multitask, prioritise and focus
