Marketing Manager – Fintech, Technology & Digital Services

An ambitious organisation in Estonia is looking for a creative and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across digital products, technology services, and business solutions.

This is a broad marketing position combining strategy, content, market research, digital campaigns, brand development, customer acquisition, and performance analysis. You will have the opportunity to work with commercial, product, sales, and technology teams to create marketing initiatives that generate awareness and measurable business results.

The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution—from identifying a target audience to developing campaigns, analysing results, and improving future performance.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Identify customer segments and emerging market opportunities.
• Plan digital campaigns across relevant marketing channels.
• Develop compelling content for products, services, and corporate communications.
• Work with sales and business-development teams on lead-generation initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing metrics.
• Manage brand positioning and maintain consistent communications.
• Coordinate external agencies, creative partners, and marketing suppliers where required.
• Develop marketing reports and recommendations for management.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging communication trends.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate combines creativity with commercial awareness and data-driven thinking. You should be confident developing campaigns, communicating ideas, managing multiple projects, and measuring marketing performance.

Experience in fintech, technology, SaaS, banking, e-commerce, financial services, consulting, or another fast-growing sector would be welcome, although strong marketing experience from other industries will also be considered.
