Position Overview

We are looking for a commercially aware Manager to oversee operational performance across digital-payment and fintech services.

The role combines operational leadership, payment-process optimisation, service performance, reconciliation, partner coordination, and customer-impact management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that financial operations remain efficient, controlled, scalable, and responsive as transaction volumes grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational processes across digital financial services.
• Monitor payment-processing performance, settlement flows, and transaction exceptions.
• Establish operational procedures for payment and account-related workflows.
• Coordinate issue resolution across technology, finance, compliance, and customer-support teams.
• Analyse operational KPIs and identify performance-improvement opportunities.
• Oversee reconciliation processes and investigate transaction discrepancies.
• Coordinate relationships with banking, payment, and technology partners.
• Develop operational dashboards and management reports.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives across fintech operations.
• Establish procedures for handling payment failures, reversals, refunds, and escalations.
• Support new product launches by developing operational readiness frameworks.
• Identify process weaknesses and implement appropriate controls.
• Prepare executive-level operational performance reports.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial operations, or technology services.
• Strong understanding of payment lifecycles and operational controls.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with payment platforms, reconciliation systems, and operational analytics.
• Professional fluency in English.
