We are seeking an experienced Fintech Transformation Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives across digital banking, payments, financial platforms, and technology-enabled operations in Estonia.

This role is designed for a transformation professional who can connect business strategy with technology execution. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, establish transformation roadmaps, manage delivery risks, and ensure strategic initiatives translate into measurable operational improvements.

The Role

You will work across product, engineering, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and executive leadership to modernise processes and introduce scalable technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead complex initiatives involving technology, operations, products, and business processes.
• Assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation.
• Establish programme governance, milestones, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external technology partners.
• Translate business challenges into structured transformation initiatives.
• Manage dependencies, risks, budgets, and delivery priorities.
• Partner with technology teams on platform modernisation and system integration.
• Work with product teams to improve customer and operational experiences.
• Support implementation of new digital financial capabilities.
• Monitor transformation outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, and programme updates.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in fintech, banking, consulting, digital transformation, or technology.
• Proven experience managing complex transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of digital financial services.
• Excellent programme-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Experience working with technology, operations, and senior leadership teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or other transformation methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills.
