We are seeking a highly capable Lead Fintech Product Designer to shape intuitive, secure, and commercially effective experiences across digital financial products.

This position goes beyond visual design. You will own important aspects of the customer experience, translating complex financial processes into simple and trustworthy digital journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX and product-design initiatives across digital banking, payments, account management, and financial-service products.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding and authentication through everyday financial transactions.
• Conduct user research and translate customer insights into practical product improvements.
• Create information architectures, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Establish and evolve design systems supporting consistent digital experiences.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, compliance specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Simplify complex financial concepts while maintaining accuracy and transparency.
• Design experiences that account for security, accessibility, trust, and regulatory requirements.
• Use product analytics and user feedback to evaluate design performance and identify improvements.
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive direction to other designers.
• Help establish product-design standards and processes across the organisation.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience, with significant experience in fintech, banking, payments, or another complex digital-product environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated digital-product and interaction design.
• Excellent understanding of user research, information architecture, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems.
• Experience designing financial workflows or other data-intensive products.
• Strong knowledge of Figma or comparable professional design platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and product teams.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, usability, and digital-product analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
