A technology-led financial services organisation in Estonia is seeking a Fintech Credit Product Lead to shape and deliver innovative credit products across digital customer journeys.

This position takes a product-led approach to lending, bringing together customer needs, credit strategy, technology, analytics, operations, and commercial performance. You will turn market opportunities into well-designed financial products while working closely with specialist teams throughout the organisation.

Product Mission

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery and proposition design through launch, optimisation, and ongoing portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for digital credit propositions.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify unmet financial needs.
• Translate customer insights into clear product propositions and requirements.
• Work with credit and analytics teams to incorporate appropriate decisioning capabilities.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver efficient digital application and servicing journeys.
• Establish product KPIs covering acquisition, conversion, utilisation, retention, and financial performance.
• Analyse product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Coordinate product launches across technology, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and customer teams.
• Design experiments to test customer journeys, product features, and proposition improvements.
• Evaluate competitive developments and emerging digital-credit models.
• Maintain clear product documentation, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
• Communicate product performance and strategic priorities to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or digital financial services.
• Strong experience developing and launching customer-facing financial products.
• Good understanding of credit products and digital customer journeys.
• Strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Comfortable working with data, technology, risk, and financial metrics.
• Excellent prioritisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience operating in Agile product-development environments.
