A high-performing fintech environment in Estonia is seeking a Fintech Product Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of complex digital financial products from strategic planning through production release.

This role is designed for an experienced delivery professional who can bring product, engineering, design, operations, compliance, and business teams together around clear objectives, timelines, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.

The Opportunity

You will oversee multiple initiatives across the fintech product lifecycle, ensuring that ambitious product strategies are translated into coordinated, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex fintech product initiatives.
• Translate strategic product objectives into structured delivery plans and milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, design, operations, risk, and compliance.
• Identify delivery dependencies, risks, constraints, and resource requirements.
• Establish clear delivery governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
• Facilitate planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and cross-functional delivery meetings.
• Monitor progress against scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Work with engineering leaders to manage technical dependencies and delivery capacity.
• Ensure operational and customer-readiness requirements are incorporated before launch.
• Establish post-launch reviews to assess delivery outcomes and improvement opportunities.
• Improve delivery processes through automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide senior stakeholders with concise reporting on programme health and key decisions.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in product delivery, programme management, technology delivery, or fintech.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital products involving multiple technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and modern product-development methodologies.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, risk-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with technical architecture and engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively at executive level.
• Experience in financial services, payments, banking, or fintech is highly valuable.
