Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from internal systems.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Assist with revenue, cost, transaction-volume, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators and highlight significant changes or trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Prepare Excel-based models and analytical schedules for business reporting.
• Assist senior analysts with financial research and ad hoc analysis.

• Contribute to improvements in reporting accuracy and analytical workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to interpret financial information and identify meaningful trends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, business performance, or financial markets.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn financial systems, analytical tools, and industry-specific processes.
• Previous internship or practical experience in banking, fintech, accounting, consulting, or analytics is advantageous.
