An innovative financial services organization in Estonia is looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to support business analysis, process improvement, reporting, and digital financial-services initiatives. The Role

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will contribute to projects involving digital financial products, customer processes, internal operations, and technology-enabled services. You will work alongside experienced professionals and gradually take ownership of defined analytical and process-improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify inefficiencies or process gaps.
• Support the preparation of business cases, reports, presentations, and analytical materials.
• Examine business data to identify trends, performance issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with requirements gathering for digital banking and financial technology projects.
• Prepare process maps, workflow documentation, and functional specifications.
• Support user acceptance testing and document identified issues.
• Work with technology and operations teams to clarify business requirements.
• Monitor project actions, deliverables, and agreed timelines.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research when required.
• Maintain organized project and analytical documentation.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate findings effectively.
• Good understanding of business processes and basic financial concepts.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and business documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Interest in fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial technology.
• Ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Internship, university project, or previous exposure to business analysis is beneficial but not essential.
