Role Summary

We are seeking a technically capable Implementation Specialist to manage the deployment of fintech solutions for business customers. The successful candidate will coordinate implementation projects, gather customer requirements, configure platform settings, and ensure that solutions are delivered according to agreed timelines and specifications.

This role requires a combination of project coordination, customer communication, technical problem-solving, and an understanding of business processes. You will work with customers and internal product, engineering, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to live operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from initial requirements gathering through configuration, testing, launch, and handover.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and operational workflows.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and customer action lists.
• Configure platform settings, user permissions, workflows, and business rules according to approved requirements.
• Coordinate API integrations, data migration, and system connectivity with technical teams where required.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), document test results, and coordinate the resolution of implementation defects.
• Deliver customer training sessions and prepare user guides, configuration notes, and implementation documentation.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers that could affect delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, customer success, and technical support teams.
• Validate that implemented solutions meet agreed business requirements before go-live.
• Support post-launch monitoring and resolve outstanding implementation issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and implementation records.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies, templates, and delivery processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, technical onboarding, business systems deployment, or project delivery.
• Experience implementing SaaS platforms, fintech products, payment solutions, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration management, and user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with APIs, data formats such as JSON and CSV, and basic integration concepts.
• Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, and implementation tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical implementation plans.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage several implementation projects while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Fluency in English; Estonian language proficiency is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and customers in a remote environment.
