Human Resources Manager

Build the People Infrastructure for a Growing Organization

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to support employee development, workplace operations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational growth.

You will work closely with managers and employees to create efficient people processes and a professional workplace culture. This is a broad HR position with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational administration.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
• Develop and improve HR policies and internal procedures.
• Support managers with employee-performance processes.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training, professional-development, and employee-engagement initiatives.
• Assist with workforce planning and organizational development.
• Support employee relations and workplace communication.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Help ensure internal employment practices remain organized and consistent.
• Contribute to initiatives designed to improve employee experience and retention.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be approachable, organized, discreet, and confident handling sensitive workplace matters. Experience in HR management, recruitment, employee relations, administration, or organizational development is preferred.

Experience in fintech or technology is not essential. Candidates from professional services, retail, manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications, hospitality, and other sectors with strong HR experience are encouraged to apply.
