We are looking for a highly analytical Fintech Treasury Operations Manager to oversee financial liquidity, cash movements, reconciliation, and treasury processes supporting digital financial products.

The role is suited to a professional who combines strong financial knowledge with an understanding of technology-driven payment and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations across digital financial products and payment activities.
• Monitor liquidity positions, cash movements, settlement cycles, and account balances.
• Coordinate payment settlements and ensure accurate movement of funds across financial accounts.
• Oversee reconciliation processes and investigate discrepancies between internal and external records.
• Develop operational controls for cash management, settlement, and financial reporting.
• Work with banking partners, payment providers, finance teams, and internal operations teams.
• Analyse liquidity requirements and identify potential operational or funding risks.
• Improve treasury workflows through automation, data analysis, and process optimisation.
• Prepare management reports covering liquidity, settlements, cash positions, and operational performance.
• Support audits and financial-control reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and transaction records.
• Contribute to the development of scalable treasury processes as the business expands.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, banking operations, payments, financial operations, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of cash management, settlement, reconciliation, and liquidity processes.
• Experience working with financial institutions, payment processors, or digital financial platforms.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel or equivalent data-analysis skills; experience with financial systems is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive financial processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
