The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Fintech Treasury Manager to oversee liquidity, cash management, financial exposure, and treasury operations within a technology-driven financial-services environment.

This position is ideal for a finance professional who understands modern fintech infrastructure and can combine treasury expertise with data-driven analysis, risk management, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity positions across multiple currencies and financial accounts.
• Develop and maintain effective cash-management and liquidity strategies.
• Monitor funding requirements, cash flows, settlement obligations, and financial exposures.
• Coordinate with banking partners, payment institutions, finance teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Analyse foreign-exchange exposure and support appropriate hedging strategies.
• Establish treasury controls, reporting processes, and escalation procedures.
• Monitor counterparty, liquidity, settlement, and operational risks.
• Prepare treasury forecasts, management reports, and financial analyses.
• Improve treasury processes through automation, data integration, and technology.
• Support financial planning and strategic decisions involving liquidity and capital efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, banking, fintech, financial operations, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash forecasting, FX exposure, and financial controls.
• Experience working with multiple currencies and banking relationships.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, BI tools, or treasury-management platforms is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial risk and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
