Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fintech Treasury Manager to oversee liquidity, cash management, financial controls, and treasury operations within a technology-driven financial services environment.

The role requires strong financial judgment, analytical capability, and an understanding of how technology, payment flows, banking relationships, and liquidity management interact within modern fintech operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, cash positions, and liquidity requirements.
• Monitor balances across banking and payment accounts.
• Prepare cash-flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Coordinate payment settlements and treasury-related reconciliations.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing financial flows for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain relationships with banking and payment-service partners.
• Support foreign-currency exposure and liquidity management.
• Develop treasury controls and operational procedures.
• Investigate settlement discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
• Prepare management reporting on liquidity, cash positions, and treasury activity.
• Support financial planning and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with finance, payments, risk, compliance, and operations teams.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, banking operations, payments, or financial services.
• Experience in fintech or technology-enabled financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, settlements, and financial reconciliations.
• Excellent Excel and financial-analysis capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Experience working with banking and payment-service providers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional English; additional European-language skills are advantageous.
