Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fintech Regulatory Affairs Manager to support the organization’s engagement with regulatory requirements affecting digital financial services.

This role sits at the intersection of regulation, business operations, product development, and compliance. You will monitor relevant regulatory developments, translate requirements into practical business considerations, and work with internal stakeholders to maintain regulatory readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments affecting fintech, payments, digital finance, and financial services.
• Analyze new regulatory requirements and assess potential operational implications.
• Prepare regulatory briefings, internal guidance, and management reports.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory information requests.
• Work closely with compliance, legal, product, risk, and operations teams.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and supervisory engagements.
• Maintain regulatory registers, obligations trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Review business initiatives for potential regulatory considerations.
• Help develop and maintain internal regulatory policies and procedures.
• Track implementation of regulatory changes across relevant business functions.
• Provide clear explanations of regulatory requirements to non-specialist stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, legal, risk, banking, payments, or financial services.
• Experience in fintech or technology-enabled financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of European financial-services regulation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into practical business guidance.
• Strong stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Professional English; Estonian or another European language is advantageous.
