A sophisticated fintech organisation in Estonia is seeking a Fintech Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee the accuracy, consistency, and operational effectiveness of regulatory reporting across a technology-driven financial-services environment.

This role sits at the intersection of regulatory requirements, finance, data, compliance, and technology. You will establish robust reporting processes and work with multiple teams to ensure regulatory information is complete, traceable, and delivered within required reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end framework for regulatory reporting across relevant financial activities.
• Coordinate the preparation, validation, review, and submission of regulatory reports.
• Translate regulatory reporting requirements into clear business and data requirements.
• Work with finance, compliance, risk, and engineering teams to identify required data sources.
• Establish controls for data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and lineage.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop automated validation and reconciliation processes where appropriate.
• Maintain detailed documentation covering reporting methodologies, data sources, controls, and ownership.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on reporting processes.
• Improve reporting workflows through technology, automation, and standardisation.
• Coordinate internal reviews and support regulatory examinations or information requests.
• Provide senior management with visibility into reporting risks, exceptions, and remediation activities.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial control, compliance, banking, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of financial data and regulatory reporting processes.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements.
• Strong Excel and SQL capabilities; familiarity with reporting or data platforms is valuable.
• Excellent understanding of data quality, controls, reconciliation, and auditability.
• Strong project and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting cycles.
