A growing fintech organisation in Estonia is seeking a Fintech Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic product and technology initiatives and ensure that investment, resources, and execution remain aligned with business priorities.

This is a senior coordination role for a professional who can see beyond individual projects and understand how multiple initiatives interact across product, technology, finance, risk, and operations.

Portfolio Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a structured portfolio of strategic fintech initiatives.
• Evaluate proposed investments against strategic objectives, expected value, risk, and resource requirements.
• Work with product and technology leaders to prioritise initiatives across the organisation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, dependencies, resource utilisation, and delivery risks.
• Develop executive-level portfolio reporting and decision-making materials.
• Identify overlapping initiatives, delivery conflicts, and opportunities for consolidation.
• Coordinate portfolio planning cycles and investment reviews.
• Assess the financial and operational impact of major initiatives.
• Establish consistent portfolio governance, reporting standards, and decision frameworks.
• Track benefits realisation following major product and technology investments.
• Escalate material risks, resource constraints, and strategic conflicts to senior leadership.
• Support long-term planning around technology investment and product development capacity.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, programme management, strategy, consulting, fintech, banking, or technology.
• Strong understanding of product and technology investment environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and business-case evaluation skills.
• Strong understanding of delivery risk, dependencies, resource planning, and governance.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working across technical and commercial leadership teams.
