A modern financial technology organization in Estonia is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support the preparation, validation, analysis, and submission of accurate regulatory and financial information.

The position is focused on the intersection of financial data, reporting processes, regulatory requirements, and technology. You will work with large datasets and reporting workflows while collaborating with finance, compliance, risk, operations, and technology professionals.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory and financial reports according to established reporting requirements.
• Collect and validate information from multiple internal systems.
• Reconcile reporting data against source systems and financial records.
• Investigate discrepancies before reports are finalized.
• Maintain reporting schedules, documentation, and supporting evidence.
• Analyze changes in reporting data and investigate unusual movements.
• Support the automation and improvement of reporting processes.
• Work with data and technology teams to resolve data-quality issues.
• Maintain clear documentation of reporting methodologies and data sources.
• Assist with implementation of changes to regulatory reporting requirements.
• Perform quality-control checks before submission.
• Support internal and external reviews involving reporting information.
• Prepare analytical summaries for relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and coordinate required inputs across departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting workflows and controls.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, banking, fintech, accounting, financial operations, data analysis, or a related discipline.

Knowledge of European financial-services reporting frameworks and experience working within regulated financial institutions or fintech companies would also be advantageous.
