An innovative fintech environment in Estonia is looking for a Fintech Product Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of digital financial products.

You will combine business analysis, customer insight, financial data, and product thinking to help teams understand what customers need and how technology can deliver it effectively.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, product performance, and operational data.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Map customer journeys and identify friction points across financial products.
• Work with product, engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams.
• Define requirements for new features and product enhancements.
• Develop analytical reports and performance indicators.
• Investigate product issues and identify underlying causes.
• Support user acceptance testing and product releases.
• Evaluate the impact of product changes using relevant data.
• Maintain structured product documentation and process specifications.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement.

What You Bring

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial software, or a technology-driven business environment.
• Strong analytical and business-analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of digital financial products and transaction workflows.
• Ability to work confidently with data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience creating requirements, process maps, user stories, or functional documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, analytics platforms, or software-development processes is advantageous.
• Excellent English.
