The Role

Build and enhance secure, scalable financial technology platforms serving modern digital finance operations. This role is suited to an experienced engineer who can translate complex financial requirements into reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance fintech applications and backend services.
• Design APIs and integrations connecting payment, banking, identity, and financial systems.
• Build secure transaction-processing and account-management capabilities.
• Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Collaborate with product, security, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, testing, and production support.
• Apply strong software engineering practices across the development lifecycle.
• Identify technical risks and implement practical solutions for complex financial workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience developing financial, payment, banking, or other high-volume transactional systems.
• Excellent knowledge of modern backend development and API architecture.
• Experience with databases, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and automated testing.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working within international, multidisciplinary technology teams.
