An ambitious financial technology business in Estonia is looking for a Fintech Growth & Partnerships Manager to identify new commercial opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and accelerate expansion across digital financial services.

This role combines business development, partnerships, market strategy, and fintech expertise. It is designed for a commercially driven professional who understands how technology-enabled financial products create sustainable growth.

Your Focus

You will identify high-value partnership opportunities and develop relationships with financial institutions, payment providers, technology companies, platforms, and other strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business-growth objectives.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and commercial opportunities.
• Build relationships with banks, payment providers, fintech platforms, and technology partners.
• Lead partnership discussions from initial prospecting through negotiation and implementation.
• Evaluate potential partners based on commercial value, technical compatibility, risk, and strategic fit.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to develop partnership propositions.
• Analyse market developments, competitor activity, and emerging fintech business models.
• Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, and partnership presentations.
• Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Represent the organisation at relevant industry events and professional forums.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial technology, or technology partnerships.
• Strong business-development and relationship-management experience.
• Understanding of digital payments, financial platforms, APIs, or banking technology.
• Strong negotiation and commercial-analysis capabilities.
• Comfortable working with senior executives and external partners.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured approach to execution.
