Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Technology Support Engineer to provide technical support for fintech applications, financial platforms, integrations, and internal technology systems.

This role is designed for a technically capable professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring that financial technology systems remain reliable, secure, and available to users and operational teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for fintech applications and financial technology platforms.
• Investigate application errors, system incidents, and integration issues.
• Monitor system performance and identify recurring technical problems.
• Work with software engineers to diagnose and resolve complex incidents.
• Support APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party integrations.
• Maintain detailed records of technical incidents and resolutions.
• Assist with system testing, software releases, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support processes.
• Contribute to system reliability, security, and performance improvements.

Technical Requirements

• Experience in application support, software engineering, systems administration, or financial technology.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, web applications, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL and at least one programming or scripting language.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, monitoring tools, or CI/CD environments is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with technical logs, system documentation, and structured data.
• Strong communication skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
