About the role

We’re looking for a Finance Systems & Processes Analyst to help design and improve the systems, processes and integrations that enable Finance to scale efficiently across our markets and products. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance and technology, translating business needs into scalable solutions and helping simplify and automate how Finance operates.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Product, Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial requirements, data flows and controls are built into new systems and workflows from the start. You’ll own key elements of requirements gathering, process design and testing, staying close to implementation through go-live, adoption and continuous improvement.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements, define technical requirements and partner with Finance and technical teams to design, implement and launch scalable solutions.
• Design scalable finance processes and document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify and automate how Finance operates.
• Support major finance systems and process initiatives from requirements through implementation, including system integration testing and go-live.
• Partner with Engineering and business teams to design finance workflows, integrations and data flows with appropriate controls and monitoring built in.
• Establish and maintain project governance, documentation and reporting, while ensuring new systems and processes meet internal control and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support successful adoption of new systems and processes through stakeholder communication, change management, training and ongoing collaboration with internal and external partners.

   

About you:

• Proven experience in finance systems, transformation, business analysis or process analysis, with exposure to systems implementation or process redesign.
• Strong understanding of financial data, systems and processes, including how integrations, workflows, data flows and controls work together.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate process and system changes clearly across teams.
• Comfortable working on complex, cross-functional and multi-country or multi-jurisdiction initiatives where requirements may differ significantly by market.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with close attention to detail. Experience in a fast-growing or regulated environment, and exposure to change management or systems adoption, are advantages.
