An opportunity is available for an experienced Engineer to support the development, integration, and optimization of renewable-energy and modern power-system infrastructure in Estonia. The role is designed for an engineering professional interested in clean energy, grid modernization, energy storage, electrical infrastructure, and the transition toward more resilient and efficient energy systems.

The successful candidate will participate in projects involving renewable power generation, electrical networks, energy-storage technologies, power management, and infrastructure modernization. The Engineer will work closely with project managers, electrical specialists, environmental professionals, contractors, equipment suppliers, and other technical stakeholders.

The role will require the ability to evaluate technical requirements, analyze system performance, identify engineering risks, and develop practical solutions that improve reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support renewable-energy and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Analyze power-system performance, capacity, and reliability.
• Support integration of renewable generation into electrical networks.
• Contribute to solar, wind, battery-storage, and energy-efficiency projects.
• Prepare technical specifications, engineering documentation, and reports.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and engineering consultants.
• Investigate technical issues and recommend corrective solutions.
• Support testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Monitor emerging energy technologies and recommend potential applications.
• Contribute to energy-efficiency and carbon-reduction initiatives.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, or power systems.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of energy-generation, distribution, or storage technologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
