Role Overview

The Engineer will design, develop, integrate, and maintain reliable technology infrastructure supporting modern fintech and payment applications. The role combines software engineering with financial transaction processing, API development, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability.

Working within a technology-driven financial environment, the successful candidate will contribute to systems that require high availability, strong security, low latency, scalability, and accurate transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services for fintech and payment applications.
• Build secure APIs connecting financial platforms, payment services, customer applications, and external systems.
• Develop scalable microservices and distributed financial-processing components.
• Implement transaction-processing workflows with appropriate validation, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Work with cloud infrastructure and automated deployment environments.
• Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and system resilience.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to strengthen application and infrastructure security.
• Integrate databases, payment gateways, financial APIs, and third-party technology services.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to engineering standards.
• Investigate production incidents and implement permanent technical improvements.
• Develop automated testing and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation covering APIs, architecture, integrations, and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile
