Role Overview
The Engineer will develop and maintain technology solutions that support digital financial products, transaction platforms, financial APIs, and automated banking services. The role requires strong software-engineering discipline and the ability to build systems that are reliable, secure, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain fintech applications and services.
• Build APIs and backend services supporting financial transactions and digital products.
• Integrate banking, payment, identity, and third-party financial platforms.
• Develop automated testing and quality-assurance processes.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Investigate and resolve software defects and production incidents.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data-protection mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, data specialists, cybersecurity teams, and operations.
• Participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in development standards and engineering practices.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional experience in software development, fintech, banking technology, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable languages.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of financial transaction environments is advantageous.
