About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong Engineer to design, develop, and maintain reliable technology infrastructure supporting modern digital financial services.

The successful candidate will work across engineering and technology teams to improve system performance, availability, scalability, and operational resilience. You will contribute to infrastructure modernization, automation, cloud adoption, and the continuous improvement of technology platforms.

This role is suited to an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working in an environment where reliability and engineering quality are essential to business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable technology infrastructure.
• Support cloud-based systems and enterprise technology platforms.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational processes.
• Investigate technical incidents and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with software-development teams on deployment and infrastructure requirements.
• Improve system resilience, monitoring, and recovery capabilities.
• Participate in infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and engineering standards.
• Evaluate new technologies that could improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems engineering, or related technology roles.
• Knowledge of Linux, networking, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, or monitoring platforms is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with software and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of security and reliability principles.
