Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Engineer to develop reliable software systems supporting digital financial products, transaction processing, financial data, and customer-facing platforms.

The role requires strong engineering fundamentals and an understanding of the reliability, security, and scalability requirements of financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain fintech software applications.
• Build APIs and services supporting financial transactions and digital products.
• Develop scalable backend services and distributed-system components.
• Integrate internal platforms with external financial and payment services.
• Write maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
• Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions.
• Diagnose performance issues and production incidents.
• Improve application reliability, observability, and operational resilience.
• Implement appropriate security controls throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data specialists, and other engineers.
• Contribute to automated testing and continuous integration/deployment processes.
• Review code and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Document technical solutions and system dependencies.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional software-engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems, and software architecture.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and development workflows.
• Strong testing, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of payment systems or financial platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
